This decision will be the final say as to whether or not Amendment 9 appears on the November 2010 ballot. The hearing is open to the public. If you are interested in attending the information is below.
Where: Florida Supreme Court, 500 Duval Street, Tallahassee, FL 32399 (backside of the Capitol)
When: August 18, 9:00am. Expect a delay passing through security.
Parking: No onsite parking. Public parking is available. The closest lots are Kleman Plaza and RA Gray Museum.
